Earth-friendly Note Cards:  All materials used to make the note cards are biodegradable, including the "plastic" sleeves used to protect the cards.  The "plastic" is actually made of corn and does not harm the environment.  As much as possible, trash produced in the making of the cards is re-used or recycled.

Recycled Crafts:  See It My Way has hosted many photo craft classes for kids in the community.  Our materials are always salvaged items used to make hats, picture frames, cards, posters, CD covers, and much more.  Marcia Wall, proprietor, re-purposes many items to make her own photo crafts.  Items are culled from thrift stores, donations, Freecycle and Craigslist, found objects, and the Green Project.

Digital Imaging:  Using high-end digital imaging means that you get film-quality prints without creating the waste and chemicals associated with film usage.  You get first-rate products and the peace of mind knowing that you aren't harming the environment.



See It My Way Photo strives to make the world picture perfect, literally and figuratively speaking.  A large part of the mission at See It My Way Photo is to serve the community.  We do this by 1) offering services at reasonable and reduced prices; 2) bartering for goods and services, 3) donating fine art prints and gift certificates to non-profits that auction them off to raise funds; 4) doing pro-bono work for worthy charities; 5) building mutually beneficial relationships with neighborhood groups, schools, and organizations; 6) by marketing our products to small, local businesses (e.g. Friends of the Jefferson Parish Library, Boundless Shipping, Fair Grinds Coffee House, and The Livingroom Gallery) that promote social capital, that work to better the community, and that are integral to the local economy, 7) leading workshops for children and adults; and 8) always remembering that the customer comes first.
